Position: Associate Advocate (0–1 Year PQE)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Be law graduates.
  • Have 0–1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE).
  • Be enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
  • Possess a strong foundation in legal research and drafting.
  • Have preliminary knowledge of commercial and civil law concepts.
  • Demonstrate initiative, sincerity, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
  • Be capable of undertaking research and drafting work without the assistance of AI tools.
  • Preference may be given to candidates who are not currently pursuing outstanding academic commitments.

  • Court appearances.

    • Contracts, notices, and other legal documents.
  • Assistance in:
    • Court filing and registry coordination.
    • Briefing and client conferences.
    • Knowledge management.
    • Procedural compliance.
    • Articles and research papers.

Mode of Work

Offline / In-Person

  • Office Location: Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi
  • Candidates will be required to attend both the office and courts across the Delhi/NCR region.

Important Dates and Timelines

Salary / Perks

  • Retainer: ₹25,000 per month
  • Travel allowance for case-related commutes.
  • Additional case-specific allowances wherever opportunities arise.
  • Exposure to litigation before:

    • NCLAT
    • ITAT
    • CESTAT
    • District Courts
    • Various Tribunals and Commissions

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Subject to variations depending on professional requirements and court work.
