Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree from a recognized university in India.
- Possess 3–5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Be an Associate Member (ACS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with a valid membership.
- Have experience in:
- Privacy and data protection compliance.
- Technology law advisory.
- Corporate secretarial compliance.
- Contract drafting and negotiation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across both a corporate law firm and an in-house legal environment.
- Experience working with financial services partners.
- Project management experience.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Privacy & Data Protection
- Advise on privacy and data protection laws and compliance requirements.
- Develop, review, and maintain:
- Data sharing agreements.
- Privacy policies.
- Privacy notices.
- Consent frameworks.
- Internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor regulatory developments in data protection and assess business impact.
- Support privacy compliance for new products, features, and business initiatives.
Legal Advisory & Compliance
- Provide legal counsel on:
- Data privacy laws.
- Technology law.
- Corporate secretarial matters.
- Regulatory compliance issues.
- Ensure adherence to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Analyze business requirements and contractual risks.
- Assist in defining contractual scope and obligations.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage and document ongoing privacy and compliance initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams and global stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with business, product, technology, and legal teams.
- Communicate complex legal issues effectively to business stakeholders.

Reporting Structure
