Position: Legal Associate
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Hold an LL.B. degree.
- Possess a valid registration with any Bar Council.
- Have 2 to 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in a law firm or in-house legal role.
- Have hands-on experience in drafting and negotiating technology contracts.
- Demonstrate strong commercial understanding and practical legal problem-solving skills.
- Be capable of explaining complex legal concepts to non-lawyers in clear and simple language.
- Be self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving legal environment.
