About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for a Corporate Legal Internship in the hospitality sector. This internship is designed to provide practical exposure to corporate structuring, commercial transactions, contract management, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory work within a growing hospitality business environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should:
- Be enrolled in a 5-year or 3-year law degree programme.
- Possess strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in Corporate Law.
- Be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling assigned responsibilities independently.
- Bring their own laptop/device (BYOD requirement).
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected intern will be involved in:
- Drafting company policies and internal legal documentation.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including vendor, franchise, management, and service contracts.
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal briefs.
- Assisting with regulatory compliance and corporate governance matters.
- Supporting due diligence exercises and related documentation.
- Assisting with day-to-day corporate legal advisory functions.
