Junior Associate – Litigation
Eligibility Criteria
- Advocates with 0–6 months of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Candidates with a working understanding of procedural laws and court practice before District Courts and High Courts.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Word, with attention to detail in legal drafting and document formatting.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be involved in matters relating to:
- Civil Litigation
- Criminal Litigation
- Consumer Disputes
- Commercial Law
Responsibilities may include:
- Legal drafting and document preparation.
- Court-related procedural work.
- Legal research and case analysis.
- Assisting in litigation strategy and case management.
- Coordinating and handling matters before District Courts and High Courts.
