Eligibility Criteria

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).

- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and maintain accurate legal records.
- Enrollment with a Bar Council will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with banking and financial services laws, particularly loan and mortgage-related matters, is preferred.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the end-to-end legal aspects of loan closure matters.
- Reviewing loan agreements and related financial documents.
- Coordinating with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documentation.
- Verifying the accuracy of supporting records and documentation.
- Conducting legal research on loan and security-related issues.
- Analyzing legal risks and preparing summaries, reports, and legal opinions.
- Managing and maintaining organized case files and records.
- Communicating with clients and partner organizations regarding case progress.
- Collaborating with senior legal and operations teams to resolve legal and compliance issues efficiently.
