Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyers with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Private Equity Transactions
- Financing Transactions
- Excellent research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting on general corporate and transactional matters.
- Supporting mergers, acquisitions, investments, and divestment transactions.
- Advising on private equity and financing transactions.
- Assisting in project structuring and transaction execution.
- Conducting legal research and due diligence exercises.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
- Providing strategic legal support on complex corporate transactions.
