Associate – Transaction Advisory & General Corporate Practice
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 3–5 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Professionals with experience or interest in:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Venture Capital Transactions
- FEMA Advisory
- Corporate and Commercial Advisory Work
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in and managing M&A transactions.
- Advising on venture capital and investment transactions.
- Handling FEMA-related matters.
- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents.
- Participating in negotiations and deal discussions.
- Managing allocated workstreams independently.
- Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders.
- Providing general corporate advisory support to startups, investors, and businesses.
