- Prior experience in Corporate M&A and related transactional work is desirable.

The selected candidate will work on:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions
- Private Equity matters
- Venture Capital transactions
- General Corporate Advisory work
- Corporate structuring and transactional documentation
