Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) from a recognized university
- 3–5 years of experience in legal roles
- Experience in corporate, technology, SaaS, or startup environments preferred
- Strong experience in contract drafting, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance
- Good understanding of corporate laws, contract laws, and technology-related legal frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling SaaS agreements and technology contracts
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations, IT laws, and digital platform compliance
- Prior experience with high-growth startups or in-house legal teams
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting & Review
- Draft, review, and negotiate:
- SaaS Agreements
- Client Contracts
- Vendor Agreements
- Partnership Agreements
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Service Agreements
- Ensure contractual compliance with applicable laws and company policies
- Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including renewals and amendments
Legal Support to Business Teams
- Provide legal advice to Sales, Partnerships, Finance, HR, and Operations teams
- Identify legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support business decision-making with practical legal guidance
Compliance & Regulatory Management
- Ensure compliance with corporate, commercial, and technology-related laws
- Assist in implementing legal policies and governance frameworks
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations
Documentation & Legal Records
- Maintain legal documentation and contract repositories
- Support company registrations, licenses, statutory filings, and compliance requirements
Litigation & External Counsel Coordination
- Assist in handling legal notices, disputes, and litigation matters
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for advisory and representation purposes
Corporate Governance
- Support board documentation and compliance filings
- Assist with due diligence for investments, partnerships, and strategic collaborations
