Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Legal Advisory
Eligibility Criteria
- Full-time LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized university.
- 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
- Exposure to corporate laws, transactional advisory, and legal document review.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing business contracts, including:
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Licensing Agreements
- Technology Transfer Agreements
- Collaboration Agreements
- Other commercial contracts
