Executive – Mediation
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. graduate
- Minimum 1+ year of legal experience
- Exposure to Arbitration, Mediation, ADR, or ODR will be an added advantage
- Strong drafting, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Developing subject-matter expertise in ADR and ODR
- Tracking and analysing mediation regulations and frameworks
- Managing end-to-end mediation and ODR initiatives
- Overseeing mediation case lifecycles on the platform
- Coordinating with mediators, institutions, courts, and ecosystem partners
- Assisting in mediator onboarding, training, and performance evaluation
- Driving policy, process, and platform improvements
- Representing the organization in mediation forums and industry discussions
