Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B.) from a recognized university
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal function
- Strong understanding of:
- Contract drafting and legal documentation
- Corporate laws and labour laws
- Legal drafting and compliance procedures
Preferred:
- Experience in IT, technology, startup environments, or corporate legal teams of law firms
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts and legal documents
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinating with internal departments regarding legal requirements
- Assisting in developing legal frameworks, processes, and company policies
- Managing legal records, contracts, and documentation
- Liaising with external legal counsel and consultants
- Identifying legal risks and recommending suitable solutions
- Conducting legal research and monitoring industry regulations
