Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Minimum 1+ year of Legal Operations support experience or equivalent experience through work, education, or training
- Strong understanding of legal operational processes and compliance requirements
- Ability to handle administrative, operational, and customer support responsibilities
- Good communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Supporting operational tasks related to subpoenas, levies, and other legal documents
- Managing administrative and operational legal support functions
- Improving customer service experiences and resolving customer concerns
- Negotiating with external customers to ensure timely resolutions
- Providing training and guidance to junior operational legal specialists
- Escalating non-routine legal operational issues when necessary
- Collaborating with colleagues, managers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring adherence to compliance requirements, internal policies, and risk management procedures
