Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates with 2–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation
- Good knowledge of various courts in Mumbai
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Ability to independently handle assignments across different forums
- Proficiency in reading and speaking Marathi will be preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting opinions, pleadings, agreements, and other legal documents
- Appearing before judicial and quasi-judicial forums
- Assisting in legal strategy formulation
- Coordinating with clients, counsels, and internal teams
- Managing multiple assignments with efficiency and attention to detail
