Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should possess:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution
- 7 to 8 years of overall banking experience
- Sound knowledge of:

- Deposit and lending products
- Inspection and audit requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Operational Risk Management
- Conducting periodic self-assessments of key controls
- Coordinating operational risk implementation within the unit
- Reporting operational risk issues and losses
- Maintaining KCSA (Key Control Self-Assessment) records
- Ensuring compliance with audits and internal reviews
Regulatory and Business Conduct
- Upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance
- Ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal codes of conduct
- Identifying and mitigating risk and compliance concerns
Branch Leadership
- Managing branch operations and customer relationships
- Leading and mentoring team members
- Driving business growth and service excellence
