Candidates should meet the following criteria:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Freshers with strong internship experience may also apply
- Strong drafting, research, and advisory skills
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with UAE laws and regulations will be an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will primarily work on:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate and commercial agreements
- Preparing legal opinions and providing advisory support
- AML/KYC compliance and due diligence
- Company incorporation and cross-border documentation
Additional responsibilities may include:
- Structuring internal legal processes
- Developing legal-tech workflows
- Automating repetitive legal operations
- Working on projects involving law, business, and technology
