Position Title
Legal Associate – Transactions Team
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyers with 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Prior law firm experience is preferred
- Experience or specialization in technology law or labour law will be an added advantage
- Strong drafting, advisory, and compliance skills
- Freshers are not eligible to apply
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and legal notices
- Advising on nonprofit governance and regulatory compliance
- Handling labour law, employment, and POSH-related matters
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions
- Delivering trainings and capacity-building workshops
- Assisting in legal risk mitigation for nonprofit and social sector clients
- Collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams
