Position Title
Junior Associate – Litigation
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Freshers may apply
- Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Valid Advocate’s Sanad is mandatory
- Mumbai domicile is mandatory
- Candidates not ordinarily residing in Mumbai are requested not to apply

- Drafting and vetting:
- Legal notices
- Complaints
- Applications
- Written statements
- Evidence affidavits
- Replies and rejoinders
- Writ petitions
- Appeals and miscellaneous pleadings
- Litigation strategy for civil and commercial matters
- Preparing case briefs and legal research notes
- Assisting senior advocates during hearings
- Client coordination and document collection
- Managing case files, court filings, and e-filings
- Ensuring timely procedural compliance
- Regular appearances before:
- Bombay High Court
- City Civil and District Courts
- Co-operative Courts
- Magistrate Courts
