Associate – Forensic (2–4 Years PQE)
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in:
- Forensic investigations
- Forensic audit
- Dispute support
- Compliance review
- Risk advisory
- Related forensic and investigation areas
Preferred candidates may have:
- Experience in forensic investigations and regulatory reviews
- Exposure to white-collar matters and litigation support
- Experience in transaction analysis and fund flow assessments
- Prior experience with consulting firms, forensic teams, or professional services environments
- Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and investigation processes
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing and analysing financial records, transaction trails, and supporting documentation
- Assisting in forensic investigations and dispute support assignments
- Preparing analytical summaries, working papers, and investigation documentation
- Conducting fund flow reviews and reconciliation analysis
- Organising documentary evidence for litigation, arbitration, and regulatory proceedings
- Coordinating with clients for information gathering and documentation management
- Supporting compliance reviews, due diligence, and financial verification exercises
- Conducting legal and regulatory research relevant to investigation matters
- Assisting in preparation of factual summaries, investigation reports, and regulatory responses
- Supporting senior professionals in reviewing complex financial structures and suspicious transaction patterns
