Executive – Mediation
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for the role should possess:
- LL.B. degree
- Minimum 1+ years of legal experience
- Exposure to Arbitration, Mediation, ADR, or ODR processes (preferred)
- Excellent drafting, written, and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing subject-matter expertise in ADR and ODR frameworks
- Tracking and analysing evolving mediation regulations and best practices
- Leading and executing mediation and ODR initiatives
- Managing end-to-end mediation case lifecycles on the platform
- Ensuring compliance, quality control, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Handling escalations involving mediators and parties
- Collaborating with leadership on mediation strategies and institutional programs
- Driving process and policy improvements through structured feedback analysis
- Building relationships with mediators, institutions, courts, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Overseeing mediator empanelment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation
- Representing the organization at mediation forums, policy discussions, and industry events
