Eligibility Criteria
- Lawyers with 3+ years of experience
- Experience in corporate advisory, compliance, commercial contracts, or regulatory matters will be preferred
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Product Advisory (FSSAI)
- Advising on product claims, labelling, packaging, and advertisements
- Ensuring compliance with FSSAI regulations and the Food Safety and Standards Act
Contracting & Commercial Support
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements relating to:
- Supply chain
- Procurement
- Vendors
- Customers
- Distribution
- Institutional sales
Channel & Distribution Legal Management
- Supporting legal operations relating to online and offline sales channels
- Advising on e-commerce, modern trade, and institutional sales frameworks
Compliance & Governance
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks and internal policies
- Assisting in compliance programs and audits across departments
Intellectual Property (IP)
- Managing IP portfolios in India and international jurisdictions
- Coordinating with external law firms on IP-related matters
Labour & Employment Laws
- Advising on employment issues, disciplinary proceedings, and labour law compliance
Litigation & Dispute Management
- Handling pre-litigation strategy and drafting legal notices
Desired Skills
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of regulatory and commercial laws
- Ability to manage multi-functional legal responsibilities
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
