About the Opportunity
Applications are invited for a Corporate Legal Internship focused on the hospitality sector. The internship offers practical exposure to corporate structuring, commercial transactions, compliance work, and legal advisory functions within the hospitality industry.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students enrolled in a 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programme
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
- Interest in Corporate Law
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Candidates must bring their own laptop (BYOD)
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting company policies
- Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements including:
- Vendor agreements
- Franchise agreements
- Management contracts
- Service contracts
- Conducting legal research and preparing briefs
- Assisting with regulatory compliance matters
- Supporting due diligence exercises
