Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in banking law or related field
- Strong knowledge of Indian legal system and banking laws
- LL.M (with specialization in banking law or real estate law) is an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on banking laws, regulations, and industry practices
- Prepare and review legal documents including:
- Title/Search Reports
- Post Disbursal Diligence (PDD)
- Original Document Verification (ODV)
- Legal Audits and Legal Vetting
- Stay updated with developments in banking laws, stamp duty, and Transfer of Property laws
- Assist in handling legal issues and advisory work
- Communicate with clients and coordinate with legal professionals
- Perform day-to-day law firm responsibilities
