Aditya Pratap Law Offices is a Mumbai-based law firm led by Advocate Aditya Pratap, with its Lucknow office operational since January 2023. The office is strategically located in Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, near the Lucknow High Court, offering exposure to litigation and policy-related legal work.

Internship Opportunity (Legal Internship)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year LL.B. programmes (any year)
- Strong command over written and spoken English
- Excellent drafting and grammar skills
- Preference to candidates with prior experience or training in legal drafting
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Legal drafting, research, and case law analysis
- Drafting suits, writ petitions, criminal complaints, and applications
- Studying client case papers and assisting in litigation matters
- Writing articles on contemporary legal issues
- Tracking Supreme Court and High Court judgments
- Drafting legal representations to authorities and government bodies
- Filing RTI applications and following up with authorities
- Participation in public hearings before statutory authorities
- Working on policy-related representations and pro bono matters
Mode of Work
- Offline (In-office)
- Location: Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow (near Gate No. 7, High Court, Lucknow)
Important Dates and Timelines
- Duration: Minimum 1 month (preference for 3 months or more)
- Applications accepted on a rolling basis
Stipend / Perks
- 1 Month Internship: ₹2,000 per month (performance-based)
- 2–3 Months Internship: ₹3,000 per month (performance-based)
- Internship Certificate upon successful completion
- Practical exposure to litigation, policy work, and legal drafting

Important Notes / Additional Information
- This is a strictly offline internship; no remote option is available
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- 2nd and 4th Saturdays are off
- Interns leaving before completion will not receive stipend or certificate
