Internship Opportunity (Legal Intern – In-House Counsel)
Eligibility Criteria
- Students in 4th or final year of BA.LLB / BBA.LLB or pursuing LLM
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Interest in technology law, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaborative tools
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset
Preferred:
- Prior internships in corporate law firms or in-house legal teams
- Exposure to data privacy, technology contracts, or intellectual property law
- Familiarity with startup, SaaS, or AI-driven environments
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on AI governance, data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA), and tech regulations
- Assist in contract lifecycle management, including NDAs, MSAs, and SaaS agreements
- Support compliance audits, risk assessments, and regulatory documentation
- Work on corporate governance, licensing, and international regulatory matters
- Contribute to internal documentation, reporting, and strategic legal projects
