Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. (Bachelor’s Degree in Law) from a recognized institution affiliated with the Bar Council of India
- Minimum 14 years of post-education experience in commercial/business laws
- Experience as an in-house legal officer in a company or corporation
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising management on legal, documentation, and litigation matters
- Drafting, vetting, reviewing, and negotiating:
- Contracts, agreements, tenders, and notices
- Business and third-party correspondences
- Managing arbitration and litigation proceedings, including pleadings and submissions
- Coordinating with advocates, legal retainers, and senior counsels
- Conducting legal research and risk analysis
- Advising internal departments on day-to-day legal and contractual issues
- Handling legal documentation related to finance, loans, equity, and joint ventures
- Maintaining legal records and litigation management systems
