Legal Job Opportunity (Full-Time – Litigation Role)
Eligibility Criteria
- Advocates with 5–10 years of litigation experience
- Strong understanding of court procedures, drafting, and client handling
- Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Case Management: Handling matters from filing to trial while ensuring procedural compliance
- Legal Research: Conducting in-depth research on statutes and case laws
- Client Interaction: Advising clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress
- Drafting: Preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Evidence Collection: Managing discovery, investigating facts, and interviewing witnesses
- Court Representation: Appearing before courts, tribunals, and in ADR proceedings
- Negotiation: Facilitating settlements and resolving disputes efficiently

- Location: South Delhi
