Position Details
- Position: Associate – White Collar Litigation
- Location: Gurugram / Mumbai / Delhi
- Experience Required: 2–5 Years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Mandatory Bar Council enrolment
- 2–5 years of experience in litigation or white-collar matters
- Prior exposure to investigations and regulatory work is preferred
- Strong legal drafting and research skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling white-collar crime matters including fraud and investigations
- Assisting in regulatory litigation matters
- Drafting legal documents, pleadings, and submissions
- Conducting legal research and case analysis
- Representing/assisting in proceedings before authorities such as:
- Enforcement Directorate (ED)
- Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI)
- Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI)
