Eligibility Criteria
For Managerial Roles (GM to Manager):
- Graduate with CAIIB and/or CA / CS / CMA / CFA
- Extensive experience ranging from 8 to 25 years in Co-operative / Private / Nationalized Banks (depending on position)
For Recovery Personnel (Legal-Oriented Role):
- Graduate from a recognized university
- LL.B. / LL.M. preferred
- 5 to 7 years of experience in loan collection, credit, or recovery handling
For Fraud Risk Management Personnel:
- Graduate with JAIIB / CAIIB (preferred)
- 5 to 10 years of banking experience, including fraud risk management
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Banking operations and managerial responsibilities
- Loan recovery and credit handling (for Recovery Personnel)
- Fraud risk monitoring and compliance
- Executive-level decision-making and operational oversight
