Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Legal Associate or Legal Intern
- Strong legal research skills and understanding of legal procedures
- Ability to communicate legal concepts clearly and concisely
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research
- Drafting contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence
- Assisting in corporate governance, compliance, and dispute resolution matters
- Supporting the legal team on various corporate legal tasks
