Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university
- Ability to read Kannada (mandatory)
- Interest or academic exposure in:
- Property Law
- Transfer of Property Act
- Land Acquisition Laws
- Stamp Laws
- RERA
- Strong legal drafting, research, and document review skills
- Familiarity with property verification and land record procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools
- High attention to detail and integrity
