Position

  • Deputy Manager – Research (Information Sourcing / Legal Information Team)

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience with a multinational organization
  • Role requires overall experience of 6+ years (as per job title)
  • Experience in handling research queries or working in enquiry-based environments
  • Familiarity with legal databases such as Westlaw and LexisNexis preferred

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities

  • Managing journal subscriptions, renewals, and vendor negotiations
  • Legal research and document sourcing including cases, legislation, and articles
  • Maintaining and cataloguing legal resources in library management systems
  • Handling global information sourcing queries and stakeholder communications
  • Supporting procurement and subscription management processes
  • Coordinating with international teams and vendors
  • Leading or supporting business improvement initiatives and projects
  • Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes

  • Strong legal research and database navigation skills
