Eligibility Criteria
- Law Graduate
- Fresher or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience
- Prior exposure to litigation is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling SARFAESI-related matters
- Representing the Bank in court proceedings
- Managing Section 138 matters, including field work
- Coordinating with business teams, collection teams, and empanelled advocates
