Legal Job Opportunity (Legal Counsel)
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B (Mandatory)
- Enrolled with the State Bar Council
- Minimum 4 years of experience in litigation and legal practice
- Preference for candidates with certifications in corporate/financial crime or mediation
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Court Appearances
- Appear before:
- Supreme Court of India
- Bombay High Court
- Sessions Courts and Magistrate Courts
- National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
- National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT)
- Independently handle civil, criminal, commercial, and arbitration matters
- Manage compliance, filings, and court procedures
Drafting & Documentation
- Draft and vet:
- Special Leave Petitions (SLPs), Writ Petitions
- Appeals, Criminal Revisions, Interlocutory Applications
- Written Statements, Complaints, Legal Notices
- Arbitration pleadings and enforcement petitions
- Commercial agreements (JV, Development, Settlement, Trademark)
- Prepare responses to authorities such as MHADA, CIDCO, and Municipal Corporations
Advisory & Strategy
- Conduct advanced legal research
- Assist in litigation strategy for complex matters
- Coordinate with Senior Advocates and external counsels
- Handle client interactions and provide legal updates

Mode of Work
- On-site

Salary / Remuneration
- CTC up to ₹18 LPA (depending on interview performance)
