Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Advocates with 3–4 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Relevant experience in corporate law, particularly in:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Private Equity
- Venture Capital
- General Corporate Advisory
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Advising on M&A and private equity transactions
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents
- Conducting legal due diligence
- Providing general corporate advisory services
