Legal Internship
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing loan and facility agreements
- Support litigation and dispute management processes
- Monitor ongoing litigation, claims, and disputes
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for court proceedings and legal matters
- Assist in drafting petitions, applications, and complaints under laws such as IBC, arbitration, and enforcement proceedings
- Prepare and review police complaints and related legal documentation
