Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified lawyers with 2 to 7 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Minimum 2 years PQE is mandatory
- Candidates must be currently working in law firms
- Relevant experience in M&A, general corporate, or transactional work
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling M&A transactions
- Advising on general corporate matters
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents
- Assisting in due diligence and deal structuring
