Internship Opportunity (Legal Internship)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students in 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or 5th year
- Strong drafting and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office and legal research databases (SCC Online, Manupatra) is an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting agreements, legal opinions, client correspondence, and memoranda
- Legal research on direct tax laws, case laws, and statutory provisions
- Assisting with High Court-related correspondence in pending matters
- Maintaining event charts, tracking case timelines, and organizing case files
- Reviewing transaction documents (SHA, SPA, etc.) for tax implications
- Supporting compliance-related work and documentation

- Offline (Near RTO, Shivajinagar, Pune)
