- Individuals comfortable with both legal and business development tasks

Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research in Company Law, Technology Law, Civil, Criminal, and International Law
- Assisting in drafting notes, briefs, and basic agreements
- Preparing case law summaries
- Supporting business development activities such as research, outreach, follow-ups, and lead tracking
- Providing general legal assistance as required
