Eligibility Criteria
- LLB/LLM from a recognized Indian university
- Minimum 5+ years of in-house legal experience, preferably in a leading IT/Tech MNC
- Strong understanding of obligation management and/or post-contract obligations
- Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
- Experience in international contracting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with ownership and efficiency
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, MoUs, lease agreements, etc.
- Collaborating with internal teams including business, HR, finance, and operations to provide legal guidance and mitigate risks
- Managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle and maintaining accurate documentation
- Tracking legal and regulatory developments and evaluating their business implications
- Coordinating with insurers, auditors, external counsel, and other stakeholders
