Eligibility Criteria
- Law students or recent graduates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in contract drafting, legal documentation, or compliance.
- Candidates with a strong understanding of corporate laws, contract laws, insolvency laws, and related regulatory frameworks.
- Applicants possessing excellent legal drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Claude is preferred.
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and finalising legal agreements such as vendor agreements, service agreements, NDAs, MSA, SLA, and termination notices.
- Ensuring contractual documents comply with applicable Indian laws and internal company policies.
- Maintaining and updating contract databases, including tracking milestones, obligations, and renewal timelines.
- Coordinating with internal teams to align contractual documentation with project requirements.
- Assisting in termination notices and analysing contractual implications.
- Identifying legal risks in documentation and recommending remedies.
- Supporting contract lifecycle management, audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews.
