Internship Opportunity (Assessment Internship)
Eligibility Criteria
- Law students from 5-year or 3-year LL.B. programmes graduating in 2027
- Candidates with prior internship experience in Banking & Finance or Corporate Law will be preferred
- Applicants should possess strong legal research and drafting skills
- Immediate joiners based in Mumbai will be given preference
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on banking laws and regulatory frameworks
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
- Supporting due diligence processes and preparing transaction summaries
- Assisting with regulatory compliance and filings
- Supporting the structuring and documentation of financing transactions
