- Enrolled with the Bar
- Strong legal research and drafting skills
- Ability to assist and appear before courts and tribunals
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will be expected to:
- Conduct legal research on complex regulatory and criminal law issues
- Draft pleadings, applications, and other litigation documents
- Assist in court proceedings and tribunal matters
- Appear before courts and quasi-judicial authorities as required
- Work on matters involving PMLA, FEMA, economic offences, and commercial disputes
