Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Law Graduate from a reputed university recognized by the Bar Council of India
- Strong background in contract drafting and negotiations
- Experience in advising across business functions
- Prior experience in handling regulatory matters will be an added advantage
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Contract Drafting and Negotiation
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to the wind energy industry, including:
- Supply Agreements
- Balance of Plant (BOP) Contracts
- Engineering and Construction (E&C) Contracts
- Supervision Agreements
- Contracts relating to SCM, IT, HR and other business functions
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal company policies
- Safeguard company interests through structured contract management
Legal Advisory
- Provide legal advice to various internal departments on contractual interpretation, risk management, and regulatory issues
- Assist in developing and implementing internal policies and procedures to mitigate legal risks
Regulatory Compliance
- Monitor and interpret regulatory developments relevant to business operations
- Advise management on compliance obligations
- Coordinate with external counsel on regulatory matters where required
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, HR and other internal teams to support business objectives while ensuring legal compliance
