Position: Executive – Litigation

Job Purpose
The Executive – Litigation will support the organization’s litigation and dispute resolution functions by managing legal proceedings, coordinating with external counsel, ensuring statutory compliance, and assisting in risk mitigation strategies.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.)
Work Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience
- Preferably in litigation management within the real estate or construction industry
Preferred Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and corporate legal frameworks
- Extensive knowledge of RERA and the real estate sector
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Assist in managing litigation processes and safeguarding organizational legal interests
- Coordinate with external advocates and solicitors for effective dispute handling
- Support legal representation in court proceedings, arbitration, and conciliation
- Monitor ongoing cases and provide updates to senior management
- Contribute to implementation of dispute resolution strategies
Legal Operations & Compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, indemnity bonds, letters, and legal documents, particularly in real estate matters
- Ensure legal documentation complies with applicable laws and regulations
- Conduct legal research and provide structured legal opinions
- Collaborate with internal teams for documentation and compliance requirements
- Identify and mitigate legal risks through careful drafting and review
- Maintain updated knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
