Eligibility Criteria
- Students in 4th or 5th year of a five-year integrated law course
- Enrolled in a recognised law school
- Strong work ethic and professional integrity
- Genuine interest in litigation practice
- Willingness to:
- Observe court proceedings
- Conduct legal research
- Assist in drafting assignments
Practice Areas
Interns will gain exposure to matters relating to:
- Criminal Law
- Civil Disputes
- Matrimonial Matters
- Cheque Bounce Cases under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act
- Cases under Special Statutes, including:
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)
- Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO)
- Customs Act, among others
