Eligibility Criteria
- Law students or recent graduates interested in corporate legal advisory and compliance work
- Candidates seeking practical exposure to governance and regulatory frameworks in a startup environment
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
Selected interns will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating company policies, legal terms, and conditions
- Assisting in preparation and review of compliance frameworks and internal SOPs
- Supporting documentation related to taxation, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements
- Conducting research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Assisting in contract drafting, vetting agreements, and legal correspondence
- Maintaining and organizing legal records and compliance documentation

Online / Remote (Work From Home)
Important Dates and Timelines
- Duration: 2 Months
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Start Date: Immediate / ASAP
