Eligibility Criteria
- 6 to 8+ years of broad-based legal experience
- Strong experience in drafting and commercial negotiations
- Sound business understanding and deal-making experience
- Experience liaising and negotiating with talent, production houses, studios, media, or financing partners (preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi (highly preferred)
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Structuring, negotiating, and executing deals related to original content development, production, and licensing
- Drafting and reviewing legal agreements aligned with business needs
- Working closely with creative partners, producers, and talent
- Managing relationships with key production partners
- Conducting industry-specific and territory-specific legal research
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment between legal and business teams
- Managing and coordinating with external counsel
- Supporting additional projects as required in a fast-paced environment
