Eligibility Criteria
- Professional law qualification along with Company Secretary (CS) membership
- Substantial senior-level experience in corporate affairs, compliance, and governance
- Eligibility conditions and experience requirements as prescribed in the official NSCL notification
Areas of Work / Key Responsibilities
- Handling corporate affairs and statutory compliances under Companies Act and allied laws
- Discharging duties of Company Secretary and ensuring high standards of corporate governance
- Advising the Board and senior management on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters
- Managing board meetings, disclosures, filings, and secretarial functions
- Liaison with regulators, ministries, and statutory authorities
